About the College
The VET Institution is one of the most prominent institutions of professional pre-higher education in Eastern Ukraine. Its core mission is the training of professional junior bachelors in the fields of aviation, automobiles, computer technologies, economics, electrical engineering, and many other sectors of the labor market.
The history of the VET Institution dates back to 1964 when it was established on the basis of the Slovyansk Mechanical Technical School as the Slovyansk Aviation Technical School of the Central Flying Club. Over the years, the VET Institution has undergone continuous modernization and has evolved into a modern educational institution that has trained more than 30,000 highly qualified specialists across various branches of the economy.
Currently, over 700 students are enrolled in 11 academic programs leading to the Professional Junior Bachelor degree.

The VET Institution actively engages students in extracurricular activities, including technical creativity exhibitions. Students are involved in research work and participate in scientific and practical conferences, seminars, olympiads, and competitions.
The college has strong partnerships with educational institutions, enterprises, and organizations across the country, enabling students to gain practical experience through internships and participate in joint educational events, training sessions, and projects.
The educational process at the VET Institution is supported by a dedicated team of teaching staff consisting of 72 members: 68 full-time employees, including 16 teachers (specialists), 6 teachers (second category), 16 teachers (first category), 19 teachers (highest category), 11 methodologists, 3 PhD holders, and 1 Honored Educator.
The VET Institution offers a convenient location, comfortable learning, living, and recreational facilities, its own recreation base in Svyatohirsk, a highly qualified teaching staff, and excellent career prospects for graduates. These are the main advantages that make the VET Institution popular among students. The VET Institution also collaborates with aviation companies, providing students with hands-on experience through internships.
